Together with two companies of the Techint Group, Tenaris and Tecpetrol, Techint participated in the trade show in which operators gathered to debate about opportunities in the natural gas and oil sector in Argentina.
The tenth edition of Argentina Oil & Gas, the trademark event organized by the Argentine Oil and Gas Institute (IAPG in its Spanish acronym), was held from October 5th to 8th at the La Rural Trade Center in Buenos Aires, gathering 250 exhibitors and hosting about 25,000 visitors. As Argentina has the world’s second largest reserves of shale gas and fourth largest reserves of shale oil*, main players are looking with increasing interest at projects that are linked to the use of non-conventional resources.
In this context, Techint Engineering & Construction presented its EPC capabilities related to the Oil & Gas sector, with projects such as the Northeastern Natural Gas Pipeline (Argentina), Los Ramones Natural Gas Pipeline Phase II Norte (Mexico), and the LNG Regasification Terminal in Dunkirk (France).
